GDPR
Your data, explained clearly.
This page summarizes how MusaSoft Services handles personal data when you use this website or contact us. It is intended to be readable information, not legal advice.
Who handles the data
MusaSoft Services is a Romanian software and IT services company based in Cluj-Napoca. Privacy requests can be sent to [email protected]; we do not claim to have a dedicated Data Protection Officer.
What we collect and why
The contact form collects your name, email address, optional company, selected service and message so we can understand and respond to your enquiry. Standard technical request data may also be processed for security, reliability and spam prevention.
How a contact request is delivered
Contact submissions are currently delivered internally through Telegram. Telegram therefore processes the message as part of that delivery. We do not claim that all processing remains within the EU, and we do not expose Telegram credentials or provider responses to the browser.
Infrastructure, preferences and spam protection
Cloudflare may process technical request data as part of security and network delivery. An explicit language choice is stored in a first-party preference cookie for up to one year. If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, it may process technical data to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse.
Retention
We keep contact information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, continue a requested business discussion, meet applicable obligations and protect the service from abuse. Retention can vary with the nature of the enquiry; we avoid keeping data without a practical reason.
Your GDPR rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or object to processing where applicable. You may also raise a concern with the competent data-protection authority.
How to make a request
Email [email protected] and describe what you need. We may ask for enough information to verify that the request concerns your data, but we will not ask for unnecessary identity documents.
